随着社会的发展和进步,工作节奏越来越快,带来的是职工心理问题急剧增多。职工的心里压力越来越大,心里承受能力越来越低,职工的焦躁情绪越来越严重,内心越来越脆弱。由此而引发的矛盾日益突出,反映在工作中就是浮躁情绪严重,团结协作精神差,相互包容心小等。为解决这一职工问题,企业工会以职工心灵安家为切入点,从分析职工心理现状及形成的原因入手,寻找职工心灵安家的对策,祈祷了良好的效果。
With the development and progress of the society, the pace of work is getting faster and faster, bringing about a sharp increase in the psychological problems of staff and workers. Increasing the pressure of the hearts and minds of workers, my heart getting lower and lower, workers increasingly anxious mood, the heart more and more vulnerable. The resulting contradictions have become increasingly prominent, reflected in the work is impetuous serious, poor unity and cooperation, tolerance and mutual tolerance. In order to solve the problem of workers and staff members, the trade unions of enterprises take the staff’s family spirit as a starting point and start from the analysis of the psychological status quo of employees and the reasons for their formation. They look for the countermeasures for the employees to settle down and pray for good results.
