近几年来,一些工业发达国家的铁路为了适应运量的增长与速度的提高,对既有铁路广泛进行技术改造,加强轨道结构,采用重型钢轨、无缝线路、弹性扣件、混凝土轨枕或新型轨下基础。以无缝线路铺设数量来说,六十年代初世界各国总计不到五万公里,可是到1972年已达20万公里,近几年来铺设数量仍然不断增加,至1976年已接近25万公里。我国无缝线路铺设数量至1978年底亦达六千多公里,从1979年开始在主要干线上铺设重型钢轨无缝线路,计划在京、锦、沪、沈四个铁路局铺设轨枕板100公里,每米60公斤钢轨无缝线路90公里。目前我们正在制订60公斤钢轨无缝线路技术条件和有关技术规定,为此有必要了解国外重型钢轨无缝线路的铺设及研究工作情况,并加以分析,以供借鉴。
In recent years, in order to adapt to the growth of the volume and speed of railways in some industrialized countries, the railway has been extensively renovated with technological means to enhance the track structure and adopt heavy-gauge rails, seamless lines, elastic fasteners, concrete sleepers or New under-rail basis. In terms of the number of seamless lines to be laid, the total number of countries in the world totaled less than 50,000 kilometers in the early 1960s, but by 1972 it reached 200,000 kilometers. The number of laying has continued to increase in recent years, reaching nearly 250,000 kilometers by 1976 . By the end of 1978, the number of CWR lines laid in our country reached more than 6,000 kilometers. Since 1979, heavy-gauge rail seamless lines have been laid on major trunk lines and planned to lay 100 km of sleeper plates at the four railway administrations in Beijing, Kam, Shanghai and Shen. 60 kilograms per meter rail seamless line 90 kilometers. At present, we are formulating the technical conditions and technical regulations for 60 kg rail seamless track. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the laying and researching work of the CWR track of overseas heavy rail and analyze it for reference.
