应用聚苯乙烯强酸型阳离子交换树脂(Ⅰ)和强碱型阴离子交换树脂(Ⅱ)制备输液用水(简称去离子水)是否有不同于重蒸馏水的痕量有机杂质,一直有较大的争论。本文通过10cm 石英吸收池和浓缩50~100倍水样提高紫外光度法灵敏度,对四川省绵阳、绵竹、江油、射洪、安县等13个地、市、县、社医疗单位使用的符合药典蒸馏水标准的去离子水进行了研究。发
It has been a long standing debate whether there is a trace amount of organic impurities different from the heavy distilled water in the preparation of the infusion solution (referred to as deionized water) using the polystyrene strong acid type cation exchange resin (I) and the strong base type anion exchange resin (II). In this paper, the sensitivity of ultraviolet spectrophotometry was improved by 10cm quartz absorption cell and 50 ~ 100 times of concentrated water samples. The water samples of 13 municipal, county, county and other medical institutions in Mianyang, Mianzhu, Jiangyou, Shehong, Standard deionized water was studied. hair
