在国内外大型电影企业的挤压之下,2009年国内中小电影企业的生存与发展空间日渐窘迫。依靠灵活的市场反应能力和广泛的合作关系,国有中小电影企业推出了题材多样、富有地域特色的主流影片,民营中小电影企业形成了类型多样、喜剧片众多的商业片发展态势。尽管如此,由于资源和能力所限,中小电影企业仍旧存在着类型同质化和原创性不足等问题,从而影响着票房成绩及企业的可持续发展。国有中小电影企业以区域为基础的合作策略以及民营中小电影企业以产业为基础的合作策略,对于构建多样化的融资渠道和富有特色的营销模式,提升企业的差异化竞争优势,实现企业的可持续发展具有重要的战略意义,也是中国电影市场繁荣和电影产业发展的重要保证。
