本文研究了钢轨、车轮材料的过早“pop-in”现象。结果表明,该现象出现的机率p=10.08-4.8534lgK_(Q1),K_(Q1)=α·σN(W-a)~(1/2);该现象是由钢的成分偏析引起的;(1-p)可作为这类钢的安全性指标。
This paper studies the premature “pop-in” phenomenon of rail and wheel materials. The results show that the probability of this phenomenon p = 10.08-4.8534lgK_ (Q1), K_ (Q1) = α · σN (Wa) ~ (1/2); this phenomenon is caused by the segregation of the steel; p) can be used as a safety indicator of this type of steel.
