电力设备检修是人员和技术密集型工程,打造专业化、实战型检修队伍对于提高检修质量、保证发电效益极其重要。本文针对水电检修企业工作实际,提出了岗位管理、教育培训、绩效考评、薪酬分配“四位一体”人力资源管理机制,以保障检修队伍建设。
Power equipment maintenance personnel and technology-intensive projects to create professional and combat-type maintenance team to improve maintenance quality, to ensure the efficiency of power generation is extremely important. In this paper, according to the actual work of hydropower maintenance enterprises, put forward the post management, education and training, performance appraisal, pay distribution “four in one ” human resources management mechanism to protect the maintenance team building.
