1984年l月～1993年12月我院收治982例食管癌资门癌，经手术病理旺实6例为同期食管胃恶性肿瘤．占O．6／。现报告如下。临床资料一般资料：6例均为男性。年龄58～74岁，平均625岁。进食便g佳l～6个月。胸骨后灼痛、胀痛各2例．上腹胀痛、消瘦、乏力2例。既往有上消化道出thll例
