一前言在国外Ti-Nb超导合金金相样品大多采用机械抛光、化学腐蚀的方法。对Ti-Nb合金试样在各种磨料情况下进行机械抛光,不但费时,而且均难以得到理想的样品。稳定的和亚稳定的Ti-32Mo以及Ti-15Mo合金的金相试样的制备也存在类似的问题。其主要原因是机械抛光难以消除划痕及表面变形层的布纹浮凸。因此有必要寻求Ti-Nb超导合金的电解抛光方法。文献[4,5]曾报导了采用低温电解抛光法制备Ti-15Mo合金以及Ti-6Al-4V和Ti-11Mo合金的电子显微镜薄膜。我们以同样的抛光液用于Ti-Nb超导合金
A foreword In foreign Ti-Nb superconducting alloy metallographic samples are mostly mechanical polishing, chemical etching method. The mechanical polishing of Ti-Nb alloy specimens in various abrasive conditions is not only time-consuming but also difficult to obtain ideal samples. The preparation of metallographic samples of both stable and metastable Ti-32Mo and Ti-15Mo alloys also presents similar problems. The main reason is difficult to eliminate mechanical scratches and scratches surface deformation layer embossed. Therefore, it is necessary to seek Ti-Nb superconducting alloy electrolytic polishing method.
