目前国内对球铁曲轴疲劳强度的评价及其安全系数的计算,常常引用国外某些经验计算方法。由于这些方法均以各自的试验为基础,无疑都具有不同程度的局限性。我们试用这些方法对若干曲轴进行计算与比较,发现计算结果与球铁曲轴的实际强度差别较大。本文以球铁曲轴的强度试验结果为依据,探讨用结构强度参数[M_1]/D~3的大小来直接衡量实体曲轴的承载能力,并简略介绍了应用实体曲轴疲劳强度图估算安全系数的方法。
At present, the evaluation of the fatigue strength of the ductile iron crankshaft and the calculation of the safety factor of the ductile iron crankshaft often make reference to some foreign experience calculation methods. Since these methods are based on their own tests, they all undoubtedly have varying degrees of limitations. We tried these methods to calculate and compare several crankshafts and found that the calculated results differed greatly from the actual strength of the ductile iron crankshafts. Based on the strength test results of ductile iron crankshafts, the paper discusses the bearing capacity of solid crankshafts directly by the size of structural strength parameter [M_1] / D ~ 3 and briefly introduces the method of estimating the safety factor by using the fatigue strength diagram of solid crankshaft .
