目的:CSSD在成本核算工作上积极配合好医院,提高效益,降低消耗。方法:要求CSSD每个人员建立成本意识,杜绝浪费,节约资源,从每个细节做起。结果:消毒供应室通过一系列合理有效的策施,调动工作人员自身的积极性和探讨性,很好地配合了医院的成本核算工作。结论:CSSD成本管理工作必须每个人每个环节的控制。
Objective: CSSD in the cost accounting work actively cooperate with the hospital, improve efficiency and reduce consumption. Methodology: Ask each CSSD staff to establish cost awareness, eliminate waste, conserve resources, and start with every detail. Results: The disinfection supply room through a series of reasonable and effective measures to mobilize staff enthusiasm and exploreability, well with the hospital costing. Conclusion: CSSD cost management must be everyone’s control of every aspect.
