本文通过自蔓延高温合成结合准热等静压法(SHS/PHIP)制备出了致密度为97.2%的TiC-A12O3复合陶瓷.分析了合成产物的结构、组织和性能.结果表明,复合陶瓷由近乎球形的TiC颗粒和不规则的Al2O3相组成,TiC与Al2O3之间的界面光滑.TiC-Al2O3复合陶瓷的抗弯强度和硬度分别为510MPa和17.8GPa。
In this paper, TiC-A12O3 composite ceramics with a density of 97.2% were prepared by SHS / PHIP. The structure, organization and properties of the synthesized product were analyzed. The results show that the composite ceramic consists of almost spherical TiC particles and irregular Al2O3 phase, and the interface between TiC and Al2O3 is smooth. The flexural strength and hardness of TiC-Al2O3 composite ceramics are 510MPa and 17.8GPa, respectively.
