著者用机电图、超高速电影(ultra-highspeed cinematography)和动态镜(stroboscope)对声带的构造及其变化进行了研究,并参考前人报告,讨论了三个问题:(1)怎样解释声带形态构造?(2)在不同喉调节下声带如何变化?(3)病理改变怎样影响声带机能? 一、声带形态构造:声带主要由声带肌组成,它的机能按收缩程度不同而变化,肌肉收缩越有力,弹性亦越大。声带肌被弹力圆锥覆盖,弹力圆锥在声带游离缘处明显增厚称为声韧带,弹力圆锥纤维在许多地方伸入声带肌并与肌束间之结缔组织合并,因此声带肌与弹力圆锥紧密地联结在一起,振动时两种结构形成一体活动。
