本实验合成了试剂7-安替吡啉偶氮-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(简称AQS),详细研究了试剂的物理性质、离解常数以及试剂和铜的显色条件。该试剂的离解常数K_3、K_4分别为2×10~(-2)、1.2×10~(-6)试剂和铜形成络合物的最大吸收峰波长494nm+反应适宜的酸度范围为0.4-1.9M盐酸介质,络合比1:2,摩尔吸光系数1.67×10~4L·mol~(-1)cm~(-1)铜离子浓度0-55ug/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。
In this experiment, the reagent 7-antipyrine azo-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid (AQS) was synthesized. The physical properties and dissociation constants of reagents and the conditions for the color development of reagents and copper were studied in detail. The dissociation constants K_3 and K_4 of the reagent are respectively 2 × 10 -2 and the maximum absorption peak wavelength of the complex formed by 1.2 × 10 -6 reagent and copper is 494 nm. The suitable acidity range of the reaction is 0.4-1.9 M Hydrochloric acid medium, the complex ratio of 1: 2, the molar absorption coefficient of 1.67 × 10 ~ 4L · mol ~ (-1) cm ~ (-1) Copper ion concentration 0-55ug / 25ml range of Beer’s law.
