当前,电梯安全已成为市民关注的热点问题,而电梯安全隐患和群众投诉主要集中在老旧电梯、拆迁安置房电梯以及无管理主体电梯三大方面。笔者从管理政策角度出发,通过提出有针对性的管理提升政策建议,为解决这些城市电梯管理中存在的典型性短板问题提供新思路。 At present, the safety of elevators has become a hot issue of public concern. However, the hidden dangers of elevators and complaints from the masses of people are mainly concentrated in three aspects: old elevators, elevators for demolition and resettlement houses, and unmanaged elevators. From the perspective of management policies, the author proposes policy recommendations through targeted management to provide new ideas for solving the typical short board problems existing in the elevator management in these cities.
