“浙江省庆元食用菌星火技术密集区”配套项目袋栽香菇新型栽培技术研究项目中的灭菌接种新工艺取得成功。该项技术系将相应的增温剂溶液与培养料彻底搅拌均匀,装袋后打一孔或三孔,采用蒸气增温,培养料内达60℃~70℃,保持6~8个小时,然后在接种室内开放式接种,可达到料内无杂菌,香菇菌丝正常生长。通过发菌、刺孔通气、转色、出菇管理,其香菇的产量和质量与常规方法
