胆心综合症是胆道系统疾病(胆囊炎、胆结石)等,并通过神经反射引起引起冠状动脉收缩,导致冠状动脉供血不足(供氧-需氧失衡),从而引起心绞痛、心率不齐,甚至心肌梗塞等症状的临床综合症,临床上胆心综合征常易误诊为冠心病。2006年本单位收治了1例胆心综合症患者,其症状类似冠心病心慌、胸闷、胸痛症状患者,曾误诊为冠心病。
