采用分光光度法研究不同溶剂及提取方法对红花中红花黄素 ( saffron yellow,SY)含量的影响 ;结果发现水和 70 %甲醇对红花黄色素的提取效果很好 ,80 %丙酮对红花黄色素的含量影响较大 ,使其提取率较小 ;提示对红花黄色素的提取采用水提方法效果较好、快速、便捷。
Spectrophotometry was used to study the effect of different solvents and extraction methods on the content of saffron yellow (SY) in safflower; the results showed that water and 70% methanol had good effect on the extraction of saffron yellow, 80% acetone The content of safflower yellow has a great influence on the extraction rate, which indicates that the extraction of safflower yellow pigment by water extraction method is better, faster, and more convenient.
