采用均匀设计安排农药增效剂NOC的合成工艺条件,试验结果进行回归分析计算,明确了配料比:正溴辛烷:己内酰胺(mol/mol),氢氧化钾:己内酰胺(mol/mol)以及催化剂用量、反应时间四种因素与合成收率之间的关系。利用回归方程进行合成工艺条件优化,使合成收率由86.4%提高到93.5%。
Using uniform design to arrange the synthetic process conditions of pesticide synergist NOC, the experimental results were calculated by regression analysis. The results showed that the ratio of n-octane: caprolactam (mol / mol), potassium hydroxide: caprolactam The amount of reaction time and four factors and the relationship between the yield of synthesis. Using the regression equation to optimize the synthesis conditions, the synthetic yield increased from 86.4% to 93.5%.
