质量控制是卫生防疫站管理水平的集中表现。也是卫生防疫措施效能和效果的根本所在。城市区级卫生防疫站是城市卫生防疫工作的基层机构,由于地域和人口的相对集中性,卫生防疫业务性质的多样性和复杂性,以及工作对象信息反馈的灵敏性等特点,区站工作的全面质量控制就显得尤为重要和迫切,通过近年来的实践,取得了一定的成效。1 完善站质量管理体系1.1 1997年西湖区站建立了质量管理小组,站长担任组长,负责全面质量控制。1.2 合理调整科室,为8科3室,明确科室职责,每年常规任务和指令性任务能分解到科室,不重夏也不缺失。质量管理作为各科室目标管理责任制的主要内容。
