新时期下各个行业的毕业生都面临着严峻的就业形势,技工学校的学生也是如此。因此,加强技工学校学生的职业指导工作非常必要。各技工学校要加强对学生正确的职业理想和职业观念的引导,提升学生的综合职业素质,帮助学生顺利就业、融入社会。笔者经过多年经验,就新时期如何做好技工学校学生的职业指导工作进行探究。
Under the new era of graduates in various industries are facing a severe employment situation, technical school students as well. Therefore, it is very necessary to strengthen vocational guidance for students in technical schools. All mechanic schools should step up their guidance on the students’ correct career ideals and professional concepts, enhance the overall vocational qualifications of students and help students to get employed smoothly and integrate into society. After years of experience, the author explores how to do vocational guidance for students in technical schools in the new era.
