目的 观察腭裂形成过程及腭突正常发育中的形态发生、组织学变化。方法 16只妊娠 10天的C5 7BL/ 6N系小鼠随机分为实验组 (管饲维甲酸 80mg/kg)、对照组 (管饲等体积植物油 ) ,于GD1314 ,(13d14h略写为 1314 以下类同 ) ,GD132 2 ,GD148,GD1414 ,GD142 2 ,GD15 8,GD15 2 2 ,GD16 8剖腹取胚鼠头部标本分别做扫描电镜及HE染色。结果 实验组胚鼠腭突上抬延迟 ,腭突发育瘦小 ,两侧腭突不能在中线处接触融合。结论 维甲酸能够影响胚鼠发育中腭突腭间充质细胞增殖 ,导致日后骨量发育不足 ,形成腭裂
Objective To observe the process of cleft palate and the morphological and histological changes during the normal development of palatal palate. Methods Sixteen pregnant mice of 10 days of pregnancy were randomly divided into experimental group (fed with retinoic acid 80mg / kg), control group (fed with equal volume of vegetable oil), GD1314, (13d14h) The heads of the embryos were taken from the abdomen for scanning electron microscope and HE staining, respectively. Results In the experimental group, the palatal epithelium was delayed in elevation and the development of the palatal palatal was small. The palatal bilateral palatal protrusion could not contact with the fusion at midline. Conclusion Retinoic acid can affect the proliferation of palatal mesenchymal cells during embryonic development, resulting in the development of osteoporosis and cleft palate
