用HPLC定量分析阿维菌素和毒死蜱混配的农药,色谱条件:250mm×4.6mm,5μm粒径的VP-ODS不锈钢柱;流动相:乙腈∶水∶冰乙酸=85∶15∶0.4(V/V);流速:1.0mL/min;可变紫外检测器:波长245nm。本方法阿维菌素在1~16μg进样范围内和峰面积呈线性,毒死蜱在5~80μg进样范围内和峰面积呈线性。阿维菌素和毒死蜱的相关系数值(R)分别为为0.9999、0.9953。阿维菌素分析的回收率99.84%~101.0%,变异系数<2%。毒死蜱分析的回收率在98.68%~100.22%,变异系数<2%。
The pesticides mixed with abamectin and chlorpyrifos were quantitatively analyzed by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were: VP-ODS stainless steel column with 250mm × 4.6mm and 5μm particle size; mobile phase: acetonitrile: water: glacial acetic acid = 85:15:0.4 (V / V); flow rate: 1.0 mL / min; variable UV detector: wavelength 245 nm. The method of avermectin in the range of 1 ~ 16μg injection and peak area was linear, chlorpyrifos in the range of 5 ~ 80μg injection and peak area was linear. Avermectin and chlorpyrifos correlation coefficient values (R) were 0.9999,0.9953. Avermectin recovery of 99.84% ~ 101.0%, coefficient of variation <2%. The recovery of chlorpyrifos was between 98.68% and 100.22% with a coefficient of variation of <2%.
