体育运动对提高身体素质及改善心理健康水平起到一定的作用。对理工科院校的266名学生进行1学年不同项目的体育教学实验,并在实验前后采用男生2400m(女生2000m)、立定跳远、坐位体前屈、男生俯卧撑(女生仰卧起坐)的身体素质测试和SCL-90心理测试,探讨篮球、羽毛球、游泳、太极拳4个项目对学生身心健康水平的影响,结果表明:不同运动项目实验后学生的身体素质有一定的提高,但较实验前无显著性差异。参加篮球、羽毛球、游泳项目的大学生“偏执、强迫”的心理状况均得到明显改善;参加太极拳项目的大学生“躯体不适感与精神病性”心理状况得到明显改善,且篮球、羽毛球、游泳、太极拳4项中,只有太极拳对大学生的“躯体化与抑郁”状况具有显著性作用。
Physical exercise plays a role in improving physical fitness and improving mental health.
