湖北省宜昌市自去年开始在全市范围内开展技术创新工作以来,取得了新的进展。一是发动群众,通过技术创新工作,促进科技兴市战略的实施;二是开展对全市4个行业20多家企业的创新状况进行摸底调查;三是在机械、电子、纺织、医药等行业的重点企业、项目、产品中开展创新试点工作;四是加强对这项工作的领导,成立了宜昌市技术创新工作领导小组;五是按技术创新的思路制订“八五”规划,在第二轮企业承包中引入技术创新机制;六是制订了企业技术进步考核办法,创建一批技术先进企业。
