目的：通过应用SureSight视力筛查仪对6418例，12836只眼学龄前儿童进行视力筛查，总结在使用中的护理体会。方法：在对我市20所幼儿园6418例学龄前儿童进行筛查，根据其筛查结果，参照美国伟伦公司提供的各年龄组眼屈光筛查的标准进行分析。结果：在接受筛查的6418例学龄前儿童中，共筛查屈光异常人数1272例，检出异常率为19.8%。检出的屈光异常的患儿中，散光有1850眼，占62.3%；远视有1046眼，占35.2%；近视有73眼，占2.5%。结论：对学龄前儿童而言，利用SureSight视力筛查仪筛查可及早发现近视、远视、散光等屈光异常，能尽早进行干预治疗，而且操作简单、快捷，值得推广。SureSight视力筛查仪在学龄前儿童视力筛查中意义重要。“,”Objective By using Suresight hand-held autorefractor in vision screening for 6418 cases of preschool children, summarize nursing experience of using.Method Test 6418 cases of preschool children in 20 kindergartens of our city.
