本研究通过对热强钢排气阀热挤压成型模的失效分析,系统考虑了影响3Cr2W8V钢模具使用寿命的各种因素,从改善基体的断裂韧性及表面强韧化工艺着手,同时改善工况,由于采用新型水剂石墨润滑剂,有效地消除了早期断裂及早期压塌失效。采用了无腐蚀性有机硼化物作渗剂进行低温离子碳氮硼三元共渗,从而改善了模具的抗氧化性,热疲劳性,抗粘性及耐冲击磨损抗力,大幅度提高了模具的寿命,取得了显著的经济效益。
