目的:建立哈尔滨地区正常牙合人群Arnett头影测量分析法软组织形态的正常参考值。方法:对哈尔滨地区高校大学生普查,随机选取正常牙合48例(男22例,女26例),将选取的样本拍摄X线头颅定位侧位片,定点测量后应用Spss软件对结果进行数据分析。结果:软组织结构中上唇厚、下唇厚、颏厚、鼻唇角、全面高、上唇长、下唇长、面下1/3高度、上颌高度、下颌高度、TVL到眶缘点、颧骨点、鼻翼点、上唇突点、上切牙点、下切牙点、软组织B点的距离、咽喉长度、软组织A点到软组织B点、上唇突点到下唇突点、眶缘点至软组织A点在性别差异有统计学意义。结论:哈尔滨地区正常牙合人群Arnett分析法部分软组织测量项目在性别上存在差异。
Objective: To establish the normal reference value of soft tissue morphology of Arnett cephalometry in normal occlusion population in Harbin. Methods: A total of 48 cases of normal occlusion (22 males and 26 females) were selected randomly from the university students in Harbin area. The selected samples were taken from the X-ray cranial positioning flaps. Spss software was used to analyze the results. . Results: The upper lip thickness, lower lip thickness, thick chin, nasolabial angle, total height, upper lip length, lower lip length, 1/3 lower face, maxillary height, mandibular height, TVL to orbital margin, Points on the nose, points on the upper lip, upper incisors, lower incisors, soft tissue point B distance, length of the throat, soft tissue point A to soft tissue point B, upper lip bump to lower lip bump, orbital margin point to soft tissue A The differences in gender were statistically significant. Conclusion: Some soft tissue measurements of Arnett analysis of normal occlusion population in Harbin differ in gender.
