空压机在运转中产生强烈的噪声。根据对许多空压机站噪声测定表明,一般站内总噪声级都在100分贝(A)左右,有的甚至达120分贝(A)。大大超过国家允许的噪声标准,严重地影响了工人的健康和周围环境。 按我国有关部门制定的《工业企业噪声卫生标准》(试行草案)规定:工业企业的生产车间和作业场所的工作地点噪声标准为85分贝(A),现有工业企业经努力暂达不到标准时,可适当放宽,但不得超过90分贝(A)。并又规定:新建、扩建和改建的工业企业,必须把噪声的控制设施与主体工程同时设计,同时施工,同时投产……。
Compressor in operation produces a strong noise. According to many air compressor station noise measurements show that the general station total noise level is about 100 decibels (A), and some even up to 120 decibels (A). According to the Noise Hygiene Standards for Industrial Enterprises (Provisional Draft) formulated by the relevant departments of our country, the noise standard at the working place of production plants and workplaces of industrial enterprises is 85 dB (A). When existing industrial enterprises temporarily fail to meet the standards , May be appropriate to relax, but not more than 90 dB (A). It also stipulates that industrial enterprises newly built, expanded and rebuilt must design, construct and put into operation the noise control facilities at the same time as the main project.
