用离体器官浴的方法,在家兔主动脉及肺动脉血管条制备上,观察了川芎嗪(四甲基吡嗪Tetramethyl-pyrazine)松驰血管平滑肌作用与Ca~(++)的关系。 氯化钾(50mM)使主动脉条(n=6)及肺动脉条(n=5)收缩后,川芎嗪10~(-4)g能引起明显地松驰作用,并能被提高浴液中Ca~(++)浓度所拮抗,显示了川芎嗪与Ca~(++)之间存在
The effect of tetramethylpyrazine (Tetramethyl-pyrazine) relaxing vascular smooth muscle and Ca ++ on the preparation of aorta and pulmonary artery strips in rabbits was studied by means of isolated organ bath. After potassium chloride (50 mM) shrinks aortic strips (n=6) and pulmonary artery strips (n=5), tetramethylpyrazine 10-4 g can cause significant relaxation and can be increased in the bath.
