采用HPLC法分析比较了榨菜胞质雄性不育系和保持系花器发育过程中内源IAA、ZT和ABA的变化.结果表明:不育系雄蕊内源IAA和ZT含量随花器发育而缓慢增长,在大花蕾和盛花时期,每枚雄蕊IAA含量为1.8ng和8.0ng;ZT含量为19.2ng和22.4ng,分别为同期保持系雄蕊的17%、41%和40%、15%,IAA和ZT出现明显亏损.从小花蕾→大花蕾→盛开花,不育系雄蕊中ABA含量分别为同期保持系的47%、12%和15%.随着花粉的发育和成熟,不育系雄蕊内ABA亏损更明显.两系雌蕊中内源IAA含量均极低,ZT和ABA含量差异也不及雄蕊明显
The changes of endogenous IAA, ZT and ABA in the cytoplasmic male sterile line and maintainer line of Tuber mustard were analyzed by HPLC. The results showed that the contents of IAA and ZT in the stamens increased slowly with the development of the floral organs. The IAA content of each stamen was 1.8 ng and 8.0 ng in the bud and flowering stage, respectively. The ZT content was 19.2 ng and 22, respectively. 4ng, which were 17%, 41% and 40%, 15% of the stamens of the same period, respectively. Significant losses were found in IAA and ZT. The ABA content of the stamens in the sterile lines was 47%, 12% and 15% of that of the maintainer lines in the buds from bud → bud → bud. With the development and maturation of pollen, ABA loss in the sterile stamens became more pronounced. The content of endogenous IAA in two lines of pistils was extremely low, and the difference of ZT and ABA contents was not as obvious as that of stamens
