为完善Ti夹杂去除工艺以控制其生成和尺寸,采用激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定了80级帘线钢冶炼过程钢水样中Ti含量,发现平均Ti含量在电炉出钢→精炼→连铸工序呈先上升后下降趋势.TiN生成热力学、凝固偏析及长大动力学计算表明:在目前南钢80级帘线钢炼钢和连铸控制条件下,TiN只能在凝固率大于98%的两相区或固相区生成;凝固冷却速率越大,TiN析出尺寸越小;TiN析出尺寸为3~7μm,与实际金相样观察到的尺寸基本一致.
In order to improve the Ti inclusion removal process to control its generation and size, the content of Ti in the molten steel samples of 80 grade cord steel smelting was determined by laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
