2月19日上午,中国劳动和社会保障部与英国国际发展部共同举行中英失业保险项目启动仪式。该项目由英国政府提供资助,劳动保障部与英国国际发展部共同组织实施,主要目的是建立一套高效的失业保险和就业服务运行机制及其检测评估系统,并对有关问题进行深入研究,提出政策措施建议,使失业保险和就业服务体系充分发挥作用。张小建副部长和英国驻华大使韩魁发爵士出席并分别致辞。劳动保障部属有关单位负责同志、国家有关部委、项目实施省市的代表及中外专家参加了启动仪式。
