根据某产品的设计要求,我们曾进行了接触电阻加热、氩气保护下钎焊1Cr18Ni9Ti钢管接头的试验。所用的设备为TT12型钎焊机(额定容量为12千伏安,为适应管件对接接头电阻加热的焊接需要,对此焊机作了相应的改装)。现将试验小结介绍如下。温度的测量与控制为了较准确地掌握管接头钎焊加热温度以及保证钎焊质量,特装设了钎缝区温度测量与控制装置。所用的仪表为EWY型园图自动电子电位差计(示值范围为0~1600℃),
