目的 建立VitD 缺乏、钙缺乏雏鸡动物模型,比较两种情况下骨生长情况。分析两种营养素对骨骼发育的影响。 方法 建立动物模型。采用反相高效液相色谱法、离子电极测量技术、双维骨密度测定仪、原子吸收分光光度仪分别测血维生素D、离子钙、骨密度、骨钙含量等。 结果 单纯钙缺乏和VitD 缺乏组雏鸡其骨密度、骨矿含量、骨含钙量、骨宽、骨长、骨重均低于正常组,以VitD 缺乏组降低尤为明显,且其生长板软骨明显增厚,软骨细胞结构排列紊乱。 结论 钙缺乏主要引起骨质疏松、骨矿化障碍。VitD 缺乏不但引起骨矿化障碍、骨质疏松,尚有明显的生长板软骨细胞堆积、结构排列紊乱。表明单纯钙缺乏和VitD 缺乏引起骨生长障碍的机制可能不同
Objective To establish an animal model of vitamin D deficient and calcium deficient chickens and compare bone growth under two conditions. The effect of two nutrients on bone development was analyzed. Methods Animal models were established. The contents of vitamin D, ionized calcium, bone mineral density and bone calcium were measured by RP-HPLC, ion-electrode measurement, two-dimensional bone mineral density meter and atomic absorption spectrophotometer respectively. Results The bone density, bone mineral content, bone calcium content, bone width, bone length and bone weight of the chickens with calcium deficiency and VitD deficiency group were all lower than those of the normal group, especially in the VitD deficiency group, and their growth plate cartilage was obvious Thickening, chondrocyte structure disorder. Conclusion Calcium deficiency mainly causes osteoporosis and bone mineralization. VitD deficiency not only caused bone mineralization disorders, osteoporosis, there are obvious growth plate chondrocytes accumulation, structural disorder. The mechanisms by which simple calcium deficiency and VitD deficiency cause bone growth disorders may be different
