以单层香蕉筛为研究对象,根据实际情况建立起七自由度动力学模型,包括筛身的垂直、俯仰和侧倾,以及4个底座的垂直运动。接着,将建立起的2阶微分方程转化为由状态方程和输出方程组成的状态空间表达式,并在Matlab/Simulink模块中搭建其系统模型,得出位移、速度和加速度曲线,从仿真结果得出位移最大值与设计振幅8 mm接近,从而证明动力学模型的正确性,对其振动特性的研究具有一定的指导意义。
Taking monolayer banana screen as the research object, a seven-degree-of-freedom dynamics model is established based on the actual situation, including the vertical, pitch and roll of the screen body and the vertical movement of the four bases. Then, the established second order differential equation is transformed into the state space expression composed of state equation and output equation, and the system model is built in Matlab / Simulink module to get the displacement, velocity and acceleration curves. From the simulation results The maximum displacement is close to the design amplitude of 8 mm, which proves the correctness of the dynamic model and is of guiding significance for the study of its vibration characteristics.
