目的:对民族药四方藤的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱层析对四方藤乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分进行分离,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从四方藤中的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到5个甾体类化合物和2个三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为:豆甾醇(1)、豆甾醇乙酸酯(2)、Δ5,22-豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、蒲公英赛酮(6)、齐墩果酸(7)。结论:除化合物4、5外,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中,化合物1~3为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Siniperca chinensis. Methods: Silica gel column chromatography was used to separate the chemical constituents from the ethyl acetate fraction of Siniperca chuatsi. The structures of the compounds were identified according to the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results: Five steroidal compounds and two triterpenoids were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Sifu vine, which were identified as stigmasterol (1), stigmasterol acetate (2), Δ5,22- Stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (3), β-sitosterol (4), daucosterol (5), dandelion flavone (6), oleanolic acid (7). CONCLUSION: The compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time, except compounds 4 and 5. Among them, compounds 1 ~ 3 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
