本文以年代来划分发展阶段,按工作原理来分类、阐述了铸型紧实成形原理从简单到复杂,从原始到先进的发展过程,从中分析了一些有规律性和普遍意义的问题。认为应当利用物理、化学等各种原理,把设备结构与紧砂成形工艺相结合研究、试验和论证新的紧实成形方法,使造型设备从保证铸型质量,提高生产率,减轻劳动强度等向无噪音、无公害、节省能源等方向发展。
Based on the classification of working principle, this paper expounds the development process of the compacting forming principle of the mold from simple to complex, from primitive to advanced, and analyzes some problems of regularity and universal significance. It is considered that various methods, such as physics and chemistry, should be used to study, test and prove the new compaction method by combining the structure of the equipment and the tight sand forming process so that the quality of the molding equipment can be improved from the aspects of ensuring the quality of the casting mold, increasing the productivity, reducing the labor intensity No noise, pollution-free, energy-saving and other direction of development.
