本文基于纳米科学论文国际合作网络的演化路径与动力机制,评价了中国与欧洲主要国家的跨国科学合作政策。在对中欧纳米科学家共同发表的国际学术论文的数据计量分析基础上,根据中国科技历程,构建了三阶段中欧纳米国际学术论文发表合作网络图,并对演化过程及其驱动因素进行评价。研究结果表明,中欧纳米跨国科学合作高速增长受到了国家科学能力、科学基础设施、双边合作和经济贸易关系等多种因素的影响。
Based on the evolution path and motivation mechanism of the international cooperation network of nanoscience papers, this paper evaluates the multinational cooperation policies of science and technology between China and major European countries. Based on the econometric analysis of the international academic papers jointly published by Chinese and European scientists, a three-phase cooperation network of Chinese and European papers on nanotechnology was constructed according to the Chinese science and technology history, and the evolutionary process and its driving forces were evaluated. The results show that the rapid growth of China-EU nano-transnational scientific cooperation has been influenced by many factors such as national scientific capabilities, scientific infrastructure, bilateral cooperation and economic and trade relations.
