全国水文科技情报网东北组1988年情报交流会于1988年9月23日～26日在大伙房水库管理局举行。参加会议的有辽宁省水文总站等14个单位,共26名代表。会议分两阶段进行,第一阶段为大会,内容有四:一是辽宁省水文总站刘伟传达了今年4月网、组长工作会议纪要:二是专题发言,由大连理工大学陈守煜教授、大伙房水库管理局刘爱杰总工程师、松辽委杨景元高级工程师分别做了专题发言:
National Hydrological Technology Information Network Northeast Group 1988 Information Exchange Conference was held on September 23, 1988 ~ 26 in Dahuofang Reservoir Management Bureau. Attended the meeting are Liaoning Province Hydrographic Station 14 units, a total of 26 representatives. The meeting was divided into two phases. The first phase consisted of four parts: First, Liu Wei of Hydrographic Station of Liaoning Province conveyed the minutes of this April’s network and team leader’s work meeting; second, the special speech was delivered by Professor Chen Shouyu of Dalian University of Technology Liu Aijie, chief engineer of Huafu Reservoir Administration Bureau and Yang Jingyuan, senior engineer of Songliao Committee made special speeches respectively:
