本文为研究非线性油膜力和轴承外弹性阻尼对流体动压滑动轴承转子系统的振动特性的影响,按单圆盘挠性转子模型,建立了非线性运动方程式,并据此发展了一个RKP 程序.这个程序能够处理各向同性和不同性轴承外弹性阻尼的影响,又能处理可能施加于轴承上的多种外界干扰,并能适应从圆柱轴承到特殊孔形固定瓦轴承非线性油膜力的需要.文中介绍了利用这个程序计算已经得到的结果.结果显示有可能利用外弹性阻尼支承结构抑制系统振动,使系统能在通常意义下的“线性失稳”界限以上的转速下工作.
In order to study the influence of nonlinear oil film force and out-bearing elastic damping on the vibration characteristics of fluid dynamic pressure sliding bearing rotor system, a nonlinear motion equation is established according to a single disk flexible rotor model.
