介绍了一种刀具—工件自然热电偶无损标定装置。该装置根据热电偶的中间导体定律,将中间导体作为热源,使标准热电偶和待定热电偶的热端等温,完成标定工作。该装置还可对刀片冷端温升进行补偿。本文对标准热电偶和待定热电偶的热端是否等温进行了检验,证明该装置有足够的标定精度。
A tool-workpiece natural thermocouple lossless calibration device is introduced. According to the middle conductor law of the thermocouple, the device uses the middle conductor as a heat source, so that the standard thermocouple and the hot end of the thermocouple to be determined are isothermal, and the calibration work is completed. The unit also compensates for blade cold end temperature rise. This article examines whether the hot end of the standard thermocouple and the thermocouple to be determined is isothermal, demonstrating that the device has sufficient calibration accuracy.
