IT产业的发展影响着经济的成长与表现,是当今全球所重视的议题。近10多年来,新加坡IT产业在长期的耕耘与发展之下,已在东南亚市场中扮演着重要的角色。本文在分析新加坡IT发展的发展基础上,对其影响因素进行一些探讨。本文认为,在促进新加坡IT产业发展的因素中,塑造良好的基础环境、建立互动机制和大力引进人才是三个关键因素。
The development of IT industry affects the growth and performance of the economy and is a topic that is valued globally today. In the past 10 years, Singapore’s IT industry has played an important role in the Southeast Asian market under the long-term cultivation and development. Based on the analysis of the development of Singapore’s IT development, this paper discusses some of its influencing factors. This paper argues that among the factors that promote the development of IT industry in Singapore, establishing a good basic environment, establishing an interactive mechanism and vigorously introducing talents are the three key factors.
