本文从实施基本公共卫生服务项目以来,针对基层专业机构、乡镇卫生院、村卫生室公共卫生工作面临的人才匮乏、编制不足、保障不到位、服务能力急需提升等诸多问题,建议相关政府部门及职业院校采取积极应对措施,在编制、经费等政策保障上预以倾斜,实现人才队伍建设的稳定,确保基本公共卫生服务项目得到更好的落实,实现公共卫生服务与社会经济同步发展。
