对于大型锻件内部缺陷的超声波探伤,在我厂按技术条件要求,粗加工后探一次,精加工后再探一次,二次探伤时要求工件表面加工到▽6左右。由于大锻件生产工序复杂,生产周期长,因此尽早发现内部质量不合格的产品,有利于降低成本以及加工工时的浪费。应当说,开展对大锻件的毛面、毛坯探伤的研究.无论在政治和经济方面,都具有非常重要的意义。
