This paper discusses the changes in the magnetic field over a wide area of the Kopaonov Hill affected by the M = 6.0 earthquake on May 18, 1980. An analysis of thirteen measurements taken during May 1980-April 1986 shows the anomalous local field variations during this period. And tries to explain the possible link between this anomaly and the seismic activity that has continued to increase since the spontaneous earthquake in the area.
