本文描述一组用激光多普勒测速原理测量固体表面运动速度的实验。实验中,把各种被测的固体试件固定在一个精密低速转台的圆周上,然后测量其线速度,并把测得的结果与转台所指示的速度进行比较。实验证明:这种方祛可以测量大多数固体表面的运动速度,精度达1~2%。这一工作为激光多普勒测速技术进一步用于工业测量提供了一些实验基础。
This article describes a group of experiments using laser Doppler velocimetry to measure the velocity of a solid surface. In the experiment, a variety of solid test pieces were fixed on the circumference of a precision low speed rotary table, then the linear velocity was measured and the measured result was compared with the speed indicated by the rotary table. Experiments show that: this side Qu can measure the speed of most of the solid surface velocity, accuracy of 1 to 2%. This work provides some experimental basis for further use of laser Doppler velocimetry in industrial measurement.
