目的 :研究大鼠三叉神经尾侧亚核内甘氨酸受体和甘氨酸阳性神经元的分布及其匹配关系。方法 :免疫细胞化学染色技术。结果 :甘氨酸受体免疫组化染色阳性胞体和纤维分布于三叉神经尾侧亚核各层 ,尤以浅层密集。甘氨酸阳性胞体在每层均有广泛分布 ,甘氨酸阳性纤维及终末密集分布于三叉神经脊束核尾侧亚核的浅层 ,深层的阳性纤维及终末呈散在性分布。结论 :上述结果表明在三叉神经尾侧亚核浅层甘氨酸阳性纤维和终末的分布与甘氨酸受体阳性胞体和纤维的分布是相互匹配的。文内还对甘氨酸及其受体在伤害性信息调控过程中的机能意义进行了讨论
Aims: To investigate the distribution of glycine receptors and glycine-positive neurons in the tail nucleus of the trigeminal ganglion and its matching relationship. Methods: Immunocytochemical staining technique. Results: Glycine receptor immunohistochemical staining positive cells and fibers distributed in the trigeminal nerve subfractor tail layer, especially in the shallow dense. Glycine positive cell bodies are widely distributed in each layer, glycine positive fibers and the terminal densely distributed in the superficial layer of the subnucleus caudalis of the trigeminal nerve bundle, the deep positive fibers and the terminal were scattered distribution. CONCLUSIONS: The above results indicate that the distribution of glycoprotein-positive fibers and terminals in the supratentorial nucleus of the trigeminal nerve is matched to the distribution of glycine receptor-positive soma and fibers. The text also discusses the functional significance of glycine and its receptor in the process of nociceptive information.
