本文根据作者多年的工作经验,从企业业绩考核制度任期变化梳理、业绩考核制度的持续改进落实、有效促进企业长效激励约束机制的建立与完善,以及业绩考核制度执行过程中的对策与建议等多个方面探讨了中央企业经营业绩考核制度的理解与认识,希望能够为央企经营业绩考核制度的完善提供帮助。
Based on the author’s many years of experience, this paper reviews the tenure of corporate performance appraisal system, the continuous improvement of performance appraisal system, the effective promotion of establishment and improvement of long-term incentive and restraint mechanisms, and the countermeasures and suggestions in the performance appraisal system implementation process. In many aspects, it discusses the understanding and understanding of the operating performance appraisal system of the central enterprises and hopes to provide help for the improvement of the operating performance appraisal system of the central enterprises.
