刚刚过去的一年,我省的经济工作取得了令人瞩目的成绩,顺利完成了年初确定的发展目标,实行了为“十五”计划开好头、起好步的要求,为今年全省经济发展奠定了良好的基础。今年是我国进入WTO的第一年,中国共产党将召开第十六次全国代表大会,因此,做好今年的经济工作,意义深远而重大。按照中央关于经济工作的总体要求和“稳定、安全、灵活、多元”的基本思路,结合山东实际,省委、省政府提出了今年全省经济增长的预期目标为9％,要实行这一目标,需要各级进一步振奋精神,扎扎实实地做好各项工作。
The past year has witnessed remarkable achievements made by our province in economic work. The goal of development set at the beginning of the year was successfully fulfilled and the requirements of starting a good head start for the “Tenth Five-year Plan” have been implemented. Economic development has laid a good foundation. This year marks the first year of our country’s entry into the WTO. The CPC will hold the 16th national congress. Therefore, doing a good job in this year’s economic work is far-reaching and significant. According to the general requirements of the Central Government on economic work and the basic idea of “stability, security, flexibility and diversity” combined with the actual situation in Shandong, the provincial party committee and government put forward the target of 9% for the economic growth of the entire province this year. To achieve this goal , We need to further inspire people at all levels to do a good job in all aspects of work.
