结合房屋建筑使用年限以及抗震设计规范的变化发展情况,以使用期在20年至40年的11个城市房屋建筑为研究对象,采用有限元分析与设计软件SAP2000分析了抗震性能。分析结果表明,采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构和框剪结构的房屋建筑,基本上都能达到现行规范的抗震设防目标,但震害等级有所差别。最后,提出了城市房屋建筑防震减灾的预测策略。
Combined with the change of the service life of buildings and the development of anti-seismic design codes, the earthquake resistance of buildings in 11 cities with the service life of 20-40 years was studied. The anti-seismic performance was analyzed by finite element analysis and design software SAP2000. The analysis results show that, with reinforced concrete cast-in-situ frame structure and frame-shear structure of the building can basically achieve the current norms of seismic fortification goals, but the magnitude of damage is different. Finally, the forecasting strategy of earthquake-resistant and disaster-reduction of urban house building is put forward.
